Antonio Fernandez

My name is Antonio Fernandez, but most people know me as Chia. I’m a bilingual real estate professional serving clients across Iowa. I was born and raised in Texas, have proud Puerto Rican roots, and moved to Iowa five years ago, which has truly become home for me and my family.

I bring 12 years of total sales experience, along with a background in finance and 7 years in the automotive industry, to every real estate transaction. I understand how important smart negotiations, clear communication, and strong financial decisions are when buying or selling a home, and I’m committed to guiding my clients through the process with confidence and transparency.

Outside of real estate, I’m a country swing dance instructor, a proud father of two daughters, and I enjoy overlanding, off-roading, and riding motorcycles. I’m very community-oriented and value building genuine, long-term relationships with the people I work with.

I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and I’m passionate about helping a diverse range of clients achieve their real estate goals with integrity, energy, and dedication.
