Susan Stoltenberg-Irwin

Susan grew up on a farm in a small town in Northeast Iowa. She moved to Cedar Rapids 30 years ago and graduated from the University of Iowa. She has a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Susan worked in sales for several years before marrying and starting a family. After starting a family, she turned her focus to raising her 3 beautiful children, Ella, Matthew and Jack. She continued to remain involved by volunteering with the schools and community. In her free time, Susan enjoys watching her children's activities, keeping fit, being outdoors, cheering on the Hawkeyes and spending time with family, friends and her 2 fur babies, Lucy and Teddy.

Susan knew she always wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Susan quickly excelled in her Real Estate career, becoming "Rookie of the Year" and "Queen of the FSBO's" Susan is a Multi-Million dollar producer at Graf Real Estate.

Her expertise is working with buyers and focusing on their needs. As a buyer's agent, Susan understands that placing her client's needs first and communicating clearly with them is necessary to building lasting relationships. Whether it be helping to navigate the way for first time home buyers, trying to score the perfect distressed property, relocating or buying that luxury property, Susan's clients can count on her to be there.
